Monday time!

Make it happen.
Have you done Jillian's 30 Day Shred? It's challenging & you will get results!
I'm concentrating on ABS this week. It's so hard to get rid of the mommy tummy, aka "muffin top."

Jillian provides 3 exercises to target your abs.
Do 20 reps, 3 times each
I promise you will feel the burn. Lay down and do them. You will feel stronger.
You can do them in any type of clothing. :) No excuses.



To mix it up this week, you can also incorporate these.....

Criss Cross scissors, 20 reps 3times

Straight Leg Crunch, 25 reps

The Pilates 100, 100 reps!!make sure you breathe!

Also, have you tried these bars. Peanut Butter & Chocolate is my favorite. I keep them in my diaper bag. The kids love them too. Better alternative to the fruit bars & snacks my kids always beg for!

30 Day shred is my new fav. Perfect when I can't get to the gym. Have you tried her "Shape Up" series? It has front, back, abs and arms. Love it too.

HAHAH Muffin top! WHY is THAT! Seriously I'm skinny again but I still have this wierd shape to my body. My jeans are loose, yet I still have these massive love handles that I never had before.

Must try this, maybe I'll acheive a low fat muffin look.

Hi Jenna! I order them on Amazon. I can also find this flavor at Whole Foods but that's the only place.
